Mistfall Hunter Gems — Stone Families, Modifiers & Socket Rules
Every Mistfall Hunter gem — the four stone families (Olivine, Agate, Moonstone, Purple Amethyst) and the 12 modifiers each family rolls across the seven-step quality ladder.
Gems (Catalog)
The gem system — gems socket into armor slots and roll on the same seven-step quality ladder as weapons. 4 main stone families, each carrying 12 modifiers that define what stat lines the gem can roll.

How gems work
- Sockets: gems slot into armor sockets (chest, pants, helm, gloves). Empty sockets leave the slot roll incomplete.
- Stacking: gem modifiers stack additively across sockets — two gems rolling the same modifier on the same armor piece contribute both lines.
- Quality ladder: gems roll the same seven-step quality ladder as weapons and armor; higher-tier gems carry a larger stat budget on every modifier line.
- Drop rules: same drop table as armor and rings — white chests roll Common, elite kills roll Exceptional / Epic, the God Anchor (Sacred Grove endgame) rolls Legendary and Sacred.
