After you arrive, the camp gradually takes on a different liveliness. At Lu's direction, you will use your identity and strength as a Streamgold Hunter to upgrade every aspect of the camp.
Camp Building is one of the 15 optional side quests in Mistfall Hunter. It is triggered by Lu at Wind's Breath Bay after Chapter 9 ("Iron and Fire") and unlocks the camp-upgrade chain that drives the late-game facility progression.
