Mistfall Hunter Maps
"Walk through the deepest dark, hunt the faintest light."

Mistfall Hunter is a dark-fantasy action search-fight-extract game. Solo or with a party of up to three, scavenge for supplies across the map, defeat monsters and rival hunters, gather Streamgold from lethal Golden Mist, and escape through extraction points. Third-person action without target lock; cold steel and sorcery in a dark-fantasy world.
The launch roster is two playable regions plus one social hub, each with a fixed mode ladder.

Sacred Grove

The beginner map. Compared to the Golden-Mist-consumed regions, Normal Sacred Grove still keeps a measure of peace, and extraction is easier. Danger lurks in the trees, but most monsters have not yet lost all control. Hunters can finish their search and extraction under the watching God Anchor.
Normal mode

The tutorial ring and Path of Glory daily. Quality cap ≤ Exceptional, bags limited to Apprentice / Advanced / Professional, no value gate. Sacred Grove Normal is the intended first ladder for new characters.
Chaos mode

Uncontrolled souls and Golden Mist weave together, dragging the entire Sacred Grove into chaos. Monsters grow mad and dangerous; the previously calm zones keep mutating. The souls trapped here are slowly losing their "human" shape. This is no longer a forest — it is a spreading nightmare. Quality cap ≤ Sacred; bag access Advanced / Professional / Elite; value requirement ≥ 800.
See Sacred Grove for lore, bestiary and mode details.
Brand Stronghold

The advanced map. Compared with the Golden-Mist chaos regions, Normal zones stay much calmer. Monster count and power are within controllable bounds, the environment is safer, and extraction is easier. But do not let your guard down — carelessness can still cost you.
Normal mode

Four-bag access (Apprentice through Elite), quality cap ≤ Epic, value requirement ≥ 300. The mid-game and gear-progression map.
Cataclysm mode

Sochi brought the Mist-Chasers' warning — deep within the Stronghold, the Golden Rust has worsened into chaos. The air there is heavy, shadows churn, monsters lurk in packs, and danger meets you at every turn. But if you have the courage to step in, the same place hoards richer loot… and a more treacherous road home. Quality cap ≤ Sacred; bag access Advanced / Professional / Elite; value requirement ≥ 2500.
See Brand Stronghold for zone details, boss forms and party comp.
Wind's Breath Bay
The persistent social hub. Safe zone — no ring collapse, no extraction, no PvP. This is where you stage loadouts, talk to vendors, and queue into the playable maps.
Choosing a mode
Quick rules of thumb when picking a mode for the night:
- Apprentice bags — only valid in Normal modes; Sacred Grove Normal is the intended first ladder.
- Value under 800 — Chaos Sacred Grove is locked; you are below the gear threshold the mode expects.
- Value 800–2,499 — Chaos Sacred Grove is open; Brand Stronghold Cataclysm is still locked.
- Value 2,500+ with Elite bags — Cataclysm Brand Stronghold unlocks; this is the hard-mode ceiling.
- Sacred-tier drops — only possible in Chaos (Sacred Grove) or Cataclysm (Brand Stronghold).
Plan your bag progression in order: Normal Sacred Grove → Normal Brand Stronghold → Chaos Sacred Grove → Cataclysm Brand Stronghold.
