Materials

Materials are the named crafting and building reagents used at Sochi's workbench, the gem cutter's table, and the repair anvil. They are not consumable in the same sense as Supplies or Tactical Items; they live in their own stack-by-name inventory and feed into recipes.

The catalog below lists every named material across the six quality tiers at launch.

How materials work

• Inventory: stack-by-name, up to 999 per item.
• Quality ladder: Common → Refined → Exceptional → Epic → Legendary → Sacred.
• Source split: lower tiers drop from standard mobs and Apprentice bags; higher tiers drop from Elite bags, dungeon bosses, and endgame raids.
• Trading: Common and Refined trade freely; Exceptional and above are account-bound on pickup.
• Use cases: weapon forging, armor repair, gem cutting, amulet and ring rerolling, and the small handful of consumable recipes (Stun Bulb, Recon Eye, etc.).

Common

Fish Bone — Mostly vendor trash at the very start of the game.

Pottery Shard — Mostly vendor trash unless you are at the very start.

Lynx Whisker — Alchemy reagent for the Lynx set bonus.

Charcoal — Most-dropped reagent in the game; feeds almost every Common-tier recipe.

Herb Knot — Most-dropped reagent; healer consumable base.

Aberrant Mycelium — Walg-affiliated reagent.

Vine Bundle — Most-dropped reagent; fed into Common-tier forging.

Oiled Hemp Rope — Cloth / leather crafting base.

Refined

Glimmer Stone — Mid-tier forge reagent.

Fine Salt — Cooking + alchemy base.

Needle Thread — Cloth crafting.

Copper Button — Small forge reagent.

Slime Residue — Alchemy reagent; mid-game staple.

Battle-Worn Badge — Crafting token; mid-tier armor recipes.

Spirit-Wood Pin — Cloth crafting base.

Engraved Wooden Casket — Bottleneck for one of the popular mid-game weapon recipes.

Walg Plumage — High-demand reagent; every Walg faction recipe asks for it.
